Our Director and Principal, Martin Gudopp, brings a wealth of experience in financial and operational management. With roles as Financial Controller and Operations Manager across the Medical, Publishing, Construction, and Property industries, as well as managing his own consultancy company, Martin is well-versed in the operational requirements needed to run a professional and successful property management business. His experience in sales and project management complements his financial and operational knowledge, enabling him to develop effective marketing strategies and detailed project plans. These skills are crucial for excelling in this competitive market. Martin’s well-developed negotiation skills and his maturity in building respectful and trusting relationships with a wide range of clients further enhance his ability to offer a highly professional service. Martin is a Licensed Real Estate Agent (Class 1) and holds a Diploma in Financial Planning (Financial Services) and a BBS in Accounting & Finance. Having resided in the Manly area for 35 years, he leads an active lifestyle on the Northern Beaches and is passionate about the exceptional facilities and quality of life that the Peninsula offers. Martin loves property and is dedicated to building strong and constructive relationships which achieve positive outcomes.
